Our process
We review all applications that come in via our contact form. We do not go off time on waitlist and understand that is frustrating but we feel it gives the puppies the best chance to find their ideal home!
We pair our puppies based on best fit and who we feel can provide the best possible home environment and lifestyle.
Please include as much information as you feel relevant about your home when filling out the contact form.
If we think a buyer could be a good fit for one of our puppies we will get back to you via email. From there we will then decide if we should run a phone interview and arrange a time.
After the phone interview we will try to get back to you within a reasonable time frame with a yes or no not keep you waiting! We know it’s a very exciting time.
Given the competitiveness of this litter not having a gender preference makes our chances of being able to offer you a puppy higher.
PRICE OF PUPPIES
Depending on the litter, prices start from $5900 AUD. Deposits are $2000 AUD once selected to secure a puppy from a litter. All puppies in this litter will be cream.
Pick up Gold Coast or interstate flights or interstate delivery available.
If you’re offered a puppy what happens?
If you’re offered a puppy we will hold it for the next 48 hours while you arrange the deposit. Before departure or pick up the remaining balance will be due four days prior.
At this stage we transfer the legal ownership of the puppy to you and their microchip in preparation for flight/drop off/collection.
Can/do you fly your puppies interstate?
We are able to and frequently arrange flights aus wide.
Flights are usually around $200-290 AUD with crate hire included.
Application and waitlist process:
We pick homes on best fit to give everyone a fair go instead of going off order, as we know some people wait a very longtime for creams to come available.
We do it this way to make sure our babies go to the most suitable applicants and homes.
Waitlist rules:
Once we select the buyer we feel is the best fit, we notify the buyer of their success!
After this the deposit to secure your new family member is is $2000. We hold that spot for you for 48 hours. If the deposit is not paid by then, we then move down our list of applicants to the next most suitable home. In the event of cancellation, all deposits are non-refundable. Terms and conditions apply.
Will they lose their shading and go light like mum and dad?

When can I pick them up?

Buyer will receive weekly photos and videos of the puppies progress and we are happy to arrange facetime calls if you would like to watch your new family member progress.

Delivery in the Gold Coast/Northern NSW (Tweed and surroundings) and Brisbane can be arranged.
We fly our puppies via Bay City Pets once they get their ‘safe to fly’ certificate from the vet.
Prices for interstate flights to New South Wales, Tasmania, Western Australia, Victoria and South Australia range from $200-290 AUD and this includes crate hire, safe to fly certificate, and the cost of the flight.
